This class examines the who\, what\, when\, where\, why and how of construction project scheduling. Planning and scheduling is the responsibility of the entire construction team\, and a good understanding of the schedule is essential for project success. Students will hear why planning and scheduling is important for project execution and will learn the basics of how a schedule is developed\, updated\, and reported. NOTE: This class is designed for employees who are new to the construction industry. The information presented in this class is HIGH LEVEL and is not a fit for those with experience in the listed subject for the class. You can participate in this class in person or via live stream. You will choose on the registration page.
