More than just estimating\, pre-construction planning helps ensure that project cost estimates and proposals are thorough and accurate\, and helps contractors minimize costly and time-consuming issues during construction. Students will explore the steps involved in creating an accurate construction bid - analysis\, value management\, logistics planning\, scheduling\, constructability review\, procurement planning and technology considerations. NOTE: This class is designed for employees who are new to the construction industry. The information presented in this class is HIGH LEVEL and is not a fit for those with experience in the listed subject for the class. You can participate in this class in person or via live stream. You will choose on the registration page.
